The house is a character property built in 1865 with many original exposed beams and a log burning stove.  It is tastefully furnished with electric central heating in every room and sleeps 10/12 people (14 including settee/bed) plus one infant.

GROUND FLOOR
• Lounge/Dining Area: Large dining table and chairs, log burning stove, easy chairs, radio/cassette and CD player.
• Kitchen Area: Oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, utensils etc.
• Utility Room: Fridge, cleaning/storage cupboards, hoover, ironing board, high chair, cool box and large umbrella for picnics, beach etc.
• Bathroom 1: Wash hand basin, bath with shower attachment, electric shower and washing machine.
• Separate Toilet
• Games Room: Full size table tennis table and slate pool table
• Garden/Patio: Two sets of garden tables, chairs, large barbecue, lawned play area with children's swings, child's paddling pool, boules (traditional French game), membership of local tennis court for duration of stay (approx 150-200 metres from house), basketball/netball/volleyball by tennis court.

FIRST FLOOR


• Bedroom 1: Three single beds.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, one single bed and one cot.
• Large Landing: Settee/bed, coffee table, easy chairs.

SECOND FLOOR


• Bedroom 3: One double bed, one single bed.
• Bedroom 4: One pine king size bed, one single bed, radio/cassette.
• Bathroom 2: Thermostatic shower, washhand basin and toilet.

GENERAL


• The house is fitted with smoke detectors in every room along with a couple of fire extinguishers.
• There is a small grocery shop in the village and a friendly local pub.
